Anime Fighters Passives Guide

Jobs, not names: Damage and Resurrection for DPS, Luck and Time for Stars, dump the rest.

Fighter Passives

Passives are the random rolls sitting on Anime Fighters units. A good roll on the right body can outvalue a prettier rarity for a specific job. A dead roll on a current-world Secret is still a Secret — you reroll it, you do not sell it. This page is the roster companion to the fighters hub. The video walks the live table of what each named passive does; use it as a picture book, then grade rolls by job, not by anime flavor text.

You do not need every internal name memorized. You need five jobs and a vault of tokens.

The jobs that matter

  • Damage / Resurrection — DPS core, boss rooms, the team on best teams. Resurrection-style rolls keep a body hitting after a wipe. Damage rolls are the default keep on an S-core.
  • Luck / Time — Star sessions. Fortune and Time artifacts ride along. A Luck Crafted can beat a blank last-world Divine on hunt nights. It still does not beat this week’s Secret.
  • Drop / Collector-style — fragment and shard days with Hording equipped. Pair with raids and dungeon keys.
  • Yen / Rich-style — only while you are broke. Riches is low on the artifact list for a reason. A Yen passive on a D-rarity is still food.
  • Dead, blank, or negative rolls — fodder if the body is junk; reroll fuel if the body is a keeper.

Named Divines (Vegetable, Great Ninja, Hernando, Engineered Alien, Red Bat, Flaming Hero) still follow this. A blank Vegetable is a hatch, not a finished core. Put Damage or Resurrection on the DPS slot, Luck or Time on the hunt slot, and stop collecting “cool” mid rolls on Legendaries you will fuse tomorrow.

Tokens: Passive, Requiem, Transfer

Three currencies, three mistakes.

Passive Tokens are the common reroll. They drop from towers, dungeons, wheels, Time Chamber, and codes (GROUNDED, 13FIGHTERS, LIMITBREAK, PASSIVESFIXED). Use them on Mythical-plus keepers, not on Epics.

Requiem Tokens are the rarer reroll layer. LIMITBREAK and REQUIEMSORRY dumped piles of them in 2026. Spend them on Limit Broken cores and current Secrets, never on a unit you will replace after the next island.

Passive Transfer Tokens move a finished roll from a bench unit onto the new Secret so you are not rerolling from scratch. THANKYOU96 and PASSIVESFIXED have paid Transfer Tokens. Converter machines in-game turn Passive into Requiem and Requiem into Transfer — check the live rate in your lobby. Do not Transfer onto a body you will Infuse-replace next week.

Artifact of Dreams raises passive chance. Craft it third, after Hording and Time. See artifacts. DOUBLEPASSIVES! and Mega Passive Luck boosts belong on a reroll session, not on AFK Yen. Timing: boosts.

When to reroll versus when to walk away

Reroll if:

  • The body is a current-world Secret, Divine, Limit Broken, or Infused core.
  • The roll is blank, Yen-only, or actively worse than a food Legendary.
  • You have Requiem or Transfer sitting in the vault from UPDATE102 / LIMITBREAK.

Walk away if:

  • The body is Common through Epic. Sell it. Rarities.
  • The body is last-world Mythical and you already have this week’s B-core.
  • You are about to Rebirth. Spend or vault tokens first. Do not prestige with 500 Requiem unspent if the reset can eat them.

Shiny copies still take the same passive jobs. Limit Break can add a slot — that is when a second job (Luck on a Damage core, or Time on a hunt core) becomes worth a Transfer. Infuse does not make a dead roll good. Fix the roll, then Infuse. Machine order: Infuse and Limit Break. Shinies: Shiny fighters.

Hunt night versus farm night

Hunt night: equip Luck / Time bodies, Fortune + Time artifacts, Mega Luck / Shiny boosts, max-open the current Star. Secrets and summon. Farm night: Damage / Resurrection / Drop bodies, Hording + Time, Yen or Drop boosts. Farm Yen. Mixing those loadouts is how people “have Luck on” while AFK on a boss that never dies.

After a patch, Update 102 style codes often dump Passive and Requiem Tokens. That is a reroll window, not a reason to Infuse the trailer Mythical. Hatch, rate, wait, then Transfer onto the real ??? .

Scripts that auto-reroll until a named god roll will burn your LIMITBREAK pile on a unit the tier list would have sold. Safety only: scripts.

Locker rule for passives

Keep one Transfer donor: a last-world body with a roll you actually want (Damage, Resurrection, Luck, or Time). Keep the current Secret even if the roll is blank. Fuse everything else. If a fighter is in the locker only because the passive name sounds like an anime ultimate, it is clutter. The fighters hub is a factory. Passives are the quality-control stamp, not the product line.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for Anime Fighters players.

Which Anime Fighters passives should I keep?

Damage and Resurrection on DPS cores. Luck and Time on Star-hunt cores. Drop rolls for shard days. Yen rolls only while you are broke. Reroll blanks on keepers; sell them on junk.

What is the difference between Passive Tokens and Requiem Tokens?

Passive Tokens are the common reroll. Requiem Tokens are the rarer layer for Limit Broken cores and Secrets. Transfer Tokens move a finished roll onto a new body. Check converter rates in-game.

Should I Transfer a Luck roll onto every new Secret?

Only if that Secret is the hunt core you will actually run this week. Do not Transfer onto a unit you will replace after the next island. See Secret fighter tiers.

Does Artifact of Dreams replace reroll tokens?

No. Dreams raises chance. Tokens still buy the reroll. Craft Dreams third after Hording and Time on the artifacts page.

Should I reroll before Rebirth?

If tokens might reset, spend or vault them first. Screenshot the Rebirth shop the same day. Do not prestige with a LIMITBREAK pile unspent.
